As you'll know if you go to the bio page on this website, my agent is the most wonderful Allan Guthrie at Jenny Brown Associates. Al is one of those people who really knows and understands the craft of writing. We agree on a number of things, but I think that Hunting Down the Pleonasm may be one of the most practical and useful essays on the craft of line by line writing I've ever read. Simple, direct and actionable, its an essay I give to almost everyone I work with. Veterans newbie writers alike have found it to be useful. There's a link in a later blog post, as the old link is no longer working.
